My home is located near First Avenue on River Rd and is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome with a sheltered entry way, patio, fireplace, covered parking, and community pool available. The bedroom measures 18 x 22, and the walk-in closet is 11 x 8. There is public transportation within walking distance.

I am a mature woman whose former career was pre-school, elementary and college teaching, and I still facilitate a weekly spiritual book study. Presently I am employed part-time as a social coordinator at my church, and although I am bedridden and wheelchair-bound from long Covid, I have an active life including my job, a weekly book study and a monthly party. I also enjoy spending time on the computer and talking with friends.

I have two caregivers for four hours in the morning and three hours in the evening.  I want a person who can assist with minimal caregiving during their off hours; usually 2 or 3 times a month.  The person needs to learn to use an electric Hoyer Lift, usually once or twice each month. I use wheelchair-accessible vans when needed and request that groceries and other items are delivered.     

She/he will need to do housekeeping in common areas and gardening, mainly in pots unless desiring to dig in a small area currently farmed by birds.  I am a dog person but do not have one now. A dog is welcome. No smoking, heavy drinking or drug use.

We will share utilities for approximately $400. per month. I need 3 personal references and a $200 security deposit.

Home mate needed in Vail, AZ (on the outskirts of Tucson, east side) to share a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home on an acre of land. Uncovered parking available in the driveway. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Home is located 3 miles south of the I-10 freeway.

You will have your own 12x12 bedroom with a good-sized closet (room is furnished now with Queen bed, nightstand, and dresser or you can bring your own furniture). Private bathroom with shower/bathtub combo, toilet, sink, and cabinet/drawers.

Inside laundry room available to use (full size W&D), and share the other space in the house (living room, dining room, kitchen - all furnished and appliances and dishes in kitchen). Dish Network on 75” TV and WiFi are included, as well as electric (including AC).

Free room and utilities in exchange for some companionship, light housekeeping, and driving me to places (grocery store, eye doctor, etc.).

I am a 76-year-old retired man. I enjoy conversation, TV (comedy), NASCAR, and have a sweet tooth! I am self-sufficient for the most part; however, due to permanent partial vision loss I can't see to do some things like drive, read, clean, shop, etc. I live alone now and would like to get out of the house more. So, I’m looking for someone to keep me company for a few hours a day, as well as take me to run errands/shop, go to the eye doctor, and maybe go on a walk or outing. Light housekeeping and some cooking is preferred, but not required.
